1. Eligibility for Returns
Aap product ko sirf in cases mein return kar sakte ho:

Note:
Hygiene-related items, personal care, undergarments, etc. return or refund nahi hotay due to health & safety reasons.
2. Return Time Window
Return request aapko 24–48 hours ke andar create karni hogi jab aap order receive karte ho.
Iske baad returns accept nahi kiye jaate.
3. Return Conditions
Return accept hone ke liye:

Original packaging, tags aur accessories saath hon

Damage ka clear video proof delivery ke waqt record kiya hua hona zaroori hai
Agar proof nahi diya jata, claim reject ho sakta hai.
4. Refund Method
Approved returns ke liye refund iss tarah diya jata hai:

Store Credit / Coupon (preferred & fastest option)

Kisi case mein special approval par bank transfer (3–10 business days)
Cash on Delivery (COD) charges refundable nahi hotay.
5. No Refund / No Return Cases
Neeche walay cases mein refund/return possible nahi:

Customer ko item pasand nahi aaya

Size/color change request (unless we shipped wrong item)

Customer ne product damage kiya ho

Late return request (48 hours ke baad)

6. Order Cancellation

Order sirf 1 hour ke andar cancel kiya ja sakta hai

Refusal on delivery par 2-way courier charges customer ko dene honge
